What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number (if given) and what you bought.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, but never your full card details.
- Messages: what you write to us by email.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (IP address, browser, time of visit) for security.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order (to fulfil our contract with you, GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep accounting records required by law (GDPR art. 6(1)(c)).
- To keep the website secure (our legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Our supplier and shipping carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order. Our supplier is located in China, outside the EU. This transfer is necessary to deliver your order (GDPR art. 49(1)(b)).
- Google (email) and DigitalOcean (website hosting), who process data on our behalf.
We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Emails are deleted when they are no longer needed for your order or a complaint.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we start using them, we will ask for your consent first. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Contact us at [email protected].
You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, datatilsynet.dk) or the data protection authority in your country.
