30-day returns

Not happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the product price. This includes your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal described below.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and say that you want to return it. You can use our withdrawal form, but you don't have to.
  2. Send the product back within 14 days after contacting us, to:
    Starnest, c/o Marcus Hansen, Mosevej 6, 3500 Værløse, Denmark
  3. We refund you within 14 days after receiving your message. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or you have shown proof that you have sent it.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of returning the product. Shipping a small parcel to Denmark usually costs between $10 and $30, depending on your country. If the product is defective or wrong, we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

We refund the product price using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

Condition of returned items

You may try the product as you would in a shop. If the product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature and function, or is damaged, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Starnest, c/o Marcus Hansen, Mosevej 6, 3500 Værløse, Denmark, [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your message before the withdrawal period has expired.

Defective products

If your product arrives defective or stops working within 2 years, contact us with a photo or video. We will repair, replace or refund it and cover the shipping.
